Blogging is like therapy. I really love it. I love spewing information and thoughts onto the computer screen and know that it makes it’s way around the world. I love providing information, and also letting people know about systems that can change their lives for the better, if that’s what they’re looking for.
Get Paid to Blog? – That is the Question
You can get paid to blog too. You just choose your target group of people, or pocket of people. You do that by first knowing approximately how large that group is. The way you do this is through researching Google searches to get an idea how many times search terms related to your chosen topic are searched for every month in the search engines. Now that you know there are enough people looking for the kind of information that you are writing about, you write the articles around those search terms. It’s not that hard to do.
The next thing you need to do is to find out HOW you get paid. Forget about the banner ads, Google ads, and other little piddly things that many employ on their blogs. They pay you just a few cents per click, and that’s IF anyone clicks. They see your content, but in the process they look around at these very alluring ads about the homeless van guys who are now millionaires. It’s a true story but it’s very interesting and these ads are put together so slick and professional that you can’t help but watch. Everyone wants to make more money and this appeals to something inside a lot of people, so they might not be looking for “income opportunities” but when they see this they can’t help but get sucked in. Now I write that in a good way, because the whole thing is true and the company is legitimate and the income opportunity is VERY real. It’s so real that 30 somethings who have been in and working it have ditched their corporate 9-5 jobs and are functionally retired, except for the fact that they are having so much fun building their Empower Network businesses that they just keep making the money hand over fist. Now, not everyone makes the big money, but that is mainly because not everyone understands the best way to work it or that you actually have to put effort in in order to get paid to blog.
There is so much to creating a blog and positioning it so that people actually find and read it. Take advantage of my time spent learning this and studying at the feet of massively successful bloggers. You can’t get paid to blog if your blog doesn’t show up when people search for topics.
